Located in Villa Betania in Puerto Ordaz, Bolivar State, Venezuela, the project includes the reuse of the concrete structure of a half-built house for a new house with different spatial and functional requirements, so the design takes advantage the existing structure to develop the new spaces and new architecture of the house with 95 sqm.
